PORTLAND TIMBERS 1-0 9/20/2025 | PHOTO BY HOUSTON DYANMO FC [Houston Dynamo Portland Timbers] With the Houston Dynamo winning Saturday's match against the Portland Timbers, it seemed to have a profound effect on the fans of Houston Dynamo. The first and only goal of the match was scored by Ezequiel Ponce of the Dynamos at the 44th minute of the match just before the halftime mark. With the Houston Dynamo leading in nearly all categories, it could still be considered a close game between both teams.   Looking at the key stats, the Houston Dynamo took a total of 21 shots with 7 shots landing on target, while the Portland Timbers took a total of 7 shots with 3 shots falling on target. With Houston taking 21 shots, it served as an indicator that the Dynamo played a more aggressive game on the pitch. Playing an aggressive game, the Houston Dynamo had possession of the ball 55% of the time compared to the Portland Timbers having possession of the ball 45% of the time.   The Portland Timbers completed 417 successful passes with a pass accuracy rate of 88%. In contrast, the Houston Dynamo executed 483 successful passes with a pass accuracy rate of 90%. The Portland Timbers were called offsides 3 times; the Houston Dynamo had no calls for being offsides. The Houston Dynamo unfortunately led when it came to fouls, racking up 11 fouls as the Portland Timbers racked up 10 fouls.   With both teams playing aggressively on the pitch, it led to the Houston Dynamo being issued 5 yellow cards while the Portland Timbers acquired 2. No red cards were issued to either team. The Portland Timbers also took 4 corners while the Houston Dynamos took a grand total of 11 corners. with 2 matches left in the season, one home match against San Diego on October 4th and their last match being an away match against Kansas City. This season proved a tough season for the Houston Dynamo; and this is especially true with all the new changes to the team’s roster and pressure from the fans who have demanded that the Houston Dynamo win more games.

Both series do a great job at highlighting the lifestyles and intimate lives of the typical upscale American woman. Even more than that both shows also do a great job when it comes to highlighting upscale women's fashion. From the “sex-capades” of the main cast, to highlighting the social and relationship issues that women that fall into this category. “Sex And The City” first aired in 1998 and ran for 6 seasons. After two blockbuster films and a 2-decade long hiatus, the latest spin-off “And Just Like That” which spans 3 seasons proved that the ladies of “Sex And The City” not only still have it, but they have so much more to reveal as they get older.   Sarah Jessica Parker, who plays herself as the lead character in both series, is nothing short but a joy to watch on the screen. Our personal favorite Charlotte York played by Kristi Davis really stands out to us as she does a great job of not only keeping us entertained with her seemingly naivete, but she embodies femininity and bolsters a family life that many women in America aspire to obtain. Although it seems as if the entire world is missing the wild and sex crazed Samantha Jones who is played by Kim Cattrall, both “Sex And The City” “And Just Like That” fans are absolutely in love with watching Miranda Hobbes who is played by Cynthia Nixon struggle with her newfound sexuality after her divorce. SEX & THE CITY | & JUST LIKE THAT Outside of losing Kim Cattrall for the “And Just Like That” series, new characters such as Sara Ramirez who plays lesbian Che Diaz and Sarita Choudhury who plays Sema Patel, and Karen Pittman who plays Dr. Nya Wallace. Both “Sex And The City” “And Just Like That” tackles something that is known in America as “The Glass Ceiling” – from the perspective of American women. The Glass Ceiling is a socio-cultural phenomenon that adversely affects women and minorities in the workplace in which women and minorities in America find themselves unable to climb the next rung in the corporate ladder.   When it comes to American entertainment both “Sex And The City” and “And Just Like That” embodies what it means to be an upscale woman navigating through success, the world of fashion, heartbreak, sexual relationships, and marriage. Today’s NFL schedule is packed with thrilling matchups, including key games like Eagles vs. Cowboys, Chiefs vs. Dolphins, and 49ers vs. Bengals. We have to say that working with Simra was an absolute blast. What we enjoyed about her was the fact that she was hungry to be in front of the camera. We have to say that it was truly a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with her. Our location of choice was downtown Houston Texas. For this photoshoot, we choose to feature Simra in the finest of traditional Indian garments (Saree). The reason for this is because we find both the Indian culture and their traditional clothing to be not only stylishly modest, but it stands as a strong symbol of what the people and more importantly what the women of India stand for; and that is grace, elegance, and pride.  Beyond professional modeling at 21-years-old, Simra has accomplished a lot. Being bilingual in both Hindi and English and putting education first, she’s earned a Master’s Degree in Construction Management. She’s currently working as a Project Coordinator. If you don’t know what the Miss Telugu USA Pageant is that’s ok.
